“Terrible on release from hospital was given all medication yet have to buy pads while no wage coming into house £450 less and 5 months later still waiting. Terrible service”

“I like it because I can get to the toilet 🚽 when I need it but sometimes the toilet around york are not very clean and and smell very bad so sometimes I haven't pay for toilet to make sure they clean and tidy OK”

“This is a good community, people don’t talk about bladder and bowel habits, they find it a touchy subject but we need to talk, we need advise and that’s what we get from this Foundation Honesty,openness - nothing is taboo or embarrassing to talk about, we get the encouragement we need to admit our problems/troubles and how to combat them.”

“Their supply of products is excellent and cannot be faulted. They never actually talk to their clients other than to ask about their monthly supply needs. That makes me feel divorced from the Bladder and Bowel Community. I am considering letting my pharmacist supply my catheters. He talks to me.”
