“Most helpful. Based on a recent experience at a Supermarket it would be helpful and supportive if you could advise these retail trades that they have an obligation under the Disability laws to allow entrance to their toilets even if it's their staff toilets. I had a big augument at Lidls where they refused me admittance. This was very embarassing and I almost had a discharge.”
