“I had forgotten that I had asked for one of the Just Can't Wait cards three weeks ago until I received an email asking me to review the community because it hasn't arrived yet! I have posted on the Facebook group about me and my incontinence and not received a single reply or suggestion of what other help there is, not even a warm welcome. To say I am highly disappointed in something that I was assured would be so supportive and helpful to me, is an understatement.”

“I am very disappointed as l have not yet recieved my card. I requested it on the 25th May and recieved confirmation on the same day. I hope that the delay is down to demand and that my card will be with me in the near future. I therefore don't feel l can give a favourable rating at this time.”
