“I have reordered a replacement cant wait card a month ago and still have not received it. Cant get through on phone and this is 3rd attempt at email. I have mislaid my card and I am requesting a new one please Jeanette roper”

“Received my card very quick. Tried using it in a number of shops and all refused. So don't think it's worth the hassle.”

“I feel the card was useful in obtaining patients information and details for sales calls quickly after. Was sceptical when told not to inform my stoma nurse that I may be changing supplier. Until the sales rep said this, I was going to change to your company.”

“I had forgotten that I had asked for one of the Just Can't Wait cards three weeks ago until I received an email asking me to review the community because it hasn't arrived yet! I have posted on the Facebook group about me and my incontinence and not received a single reply or suggestion of what other help there is, not even a warm welcome. To say I am highly disappointed in something that I was assured would be so supportive and helpful to me, is an understatement.”
