“THE BLADDER & BOWEL CARD IS A VERY GOOD IDEA, BUT MORE PREMISES NEED TO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION AS IT CAN CAUSE DIFFICULTIES SOME TIME SENSITIVE HAVING TO EXPLAIN WHAT YOU NEED & WHY TO SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND, OR JUST CANT BE BOTHERED.”

“I can’t use it in bus station if the attendant is not there. Had to argue with one attendant and had to ask a stranger for change so not happy”
