I ordered a can't wait card on 20th September. Dispite being told I would receive it within 5 working days I still haven't received it.

Hi Elaine, I'm sorry that you haven't received your Just Can't Wait Card yet. I can see your order was processed and sent out so I can only assume it has been lost in the post somewhere. We are a large GP practice with 15,000 patients. I wrote asking for a couple of your cards as patients were asking me about them. I do not appear to have received such. Please could you inform me of the address that you sent your paperwork too as we have two branches and I have thoroughly checked both practices but to no avail. Hi Amanda, Thank you for your review. I can see that your order was processed and sent out to an address on Alltami Road in Mold. If you haven't received it yet then I can only assume it has been lost in the post. If you could email us help@bladderandbowel.org with your full postal address I can double check it against what we have on the system to ensure we are sending it to the right place. We also have posters available for your surgery that are available on the downloads section on our website - at the bottom of the page you'll find one about the Just Can't Wait Cards. It's a great idea but most people will have never seen or heard of it and by the time I explain it, it would probably be too late, if you know what I mean !!

I am disappointed that my data and personal medical information and personal details have been used for a marketing purposes only I wish to be removed from your data I feel by advising the bladder and bowel card in a carers booklet was very misleading

Hi Annie, Thank you for your review. When you sign up for a Just Can't Wait card there is a specific opt-in button for those who would like to receive marketing information from Bladder & Bowel or products and services from organisations that we are partnered with. If you do not specify this then you will not receive any marketing messages from us. When signing up for the card you will receive an email confirming your order. You may also receive a phone call from our Home Delivery Team confirming that you have received the card and informing you of other services that we provide that you may find useful. Your data and personal medical information is not passed to third parties. I can confirm that you have not opted in to receive any marketing messages and as such will not be contacted by the Bladder & Bowel Community for any marketing purposes. As requested, your data will also be removed. I would be very interested in finding out where you saw the information about the Just Can't Wait Card as we do not actively advertise in any carer booklets. Unfortunately even with my card people are still refusing to allow me to use their toilets so disrespectful. I have had to go in the street! Totally embarrassing!

The card may well be ok to show in a shop etc but the toilets are already available In most stores I did a search for nearest toilets to my home and it came up with motorway services a good mile away so I do not hold out much hope for its usefulness but well wait and see

Thank you for your review. We are looking to add more available toilet locations to the App search function so hopefully, you will find more locations closer to you soon. A lot of people find that the card helps communicate the need for the toilet in a quick and discreet manner as they are not always comfortable discussing the matter. While toilets are often available, they can sometimes be hidden from view or not in an obvious location. We hope you continue to use the card and raise awareness of it with others.

weeks ago Ifilled a form in on your website to get a card to show when I was out and suddenly needed to empty my bladder. A few weeks later I sent you an email saying I have not received the card. Still have not received it. ``

Package with pump and other materials for a person with a stoma which I dont have arrived yesterday. Cards from Spinal injuries Association received. You alerted them. I dont have a spinal injuey. The promised packet with promised RADA key and loo card not received. Pretty pathetic

Hi Tony, First of all, I would like to apologise for the issues that you are having. I have spoken to our Home Delivery Service team who I believe you have also been in contact with to pick up the parcel - this was a misunderstanding on our behalf about the services you were looking for from Bladder & Bowel. With regards to information from Spinal Injuries Association, this appears to have been an admin error with the wrong welcome pack being sent out in the post. Please rest assured we have not shared your information with any third party, it is simply a case of the wrong information being sent out to you. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are reviewing our internal procedures to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again. I know the card is free but the card looks as if anyone can pick one up. I'm not sure if I showed it to someone it the shop they would believe me. You need to change the look of the card

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The card is free for anyone who needs one to obtain - this decision was based on feedback we received from the community who were looking for a card that they didn't have to pay for. The card has been designed in a way to give the message it needs to whilst remaining discreet. However if you have any specific ideas on how you think it could be made better then we would love to hear from you, just drop us an email help@bladderandbowel.org.

Hi Melissa, I apologise about the wait for your card. I have located your order and see it was placed on the 16th December. It was posted out before Christmas so I can only assume that it has been held up or lost in the post. I will arrange for another one to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Kind regards

I cannot possibly thank whom ever it was whom originated this most brilliant concept...'I JUST CAN'T WAIT (Card), though having said, that, I do however prefer the original design, it being predominently white, far easier to find as and when all to oft required. Once again, sincerest appreciation & THANK - YOU.
