“Thank You for the card though I must admit I have tried several places to use the card due to incontinence problems the places I went when I showed the the card they either said never heard of it or would not let me use the facilities as it did not count for anything. However I think in principle it is a great idea but shops need to be aware of the card and what it is used for I will keep trying however. The poor star is only because like I said place aren't aware of what it is use for but that is only my experience so far”

“The card is a great idea and much needed by people like us. But as much as I hate to say it, they are only printed on card and they do not have the authoritative impact they should have, I’d they were printed on plastic like a debit or credit card. I fully appreciate that this would have an effect on the production costs, but I think it would still be worth considering.”

“I think it would be much better if the card was printed with the name of the holder. At the moment I think the card just looks like something anyone could pick up and use. If it had a name on it I think it would be taken more seriously.”

“To be open and honest, at the moment I am a bit disappointed with the card. I had to use it recently in a shop in my local town centre and was refused access to their toilet. My Daughter has subsequently made enquiries with the store Manager and it appears that they were unaware of the card. They also had a staff problem that day and could not have escorted me to the facilities. My Daughter is going to try and make more members of the Worcs community aware of the card and you may wish to do something yourselves to spread the word. Thank you for trying though. I’m sure it must help some people.”

“The local shops and store in my area have never heard of B&B but what we need is a poster or sticker displayed to say B&B sufferers can use their toilet facilities.”

“I've been waiting over a fortnight for my card to arrive and this has made life very uncomfortable for me. I've had no accidents as yet but this delay isn't helping matters.”

“It has no name on so staff just assume it’s a random person who’s using the card cause some illness don’t show you in person so you have to describe your illness in front of everyone it’s embarrassing and after that the want proof”
