“Absolutely no one knew what I was talking about when I requested use of a bathroom. I tried 8 or 9 different stores in several towns in the uk and no one could assist me. No one knows what we are all about. Sorry no can't allow access, bladder and who? My boss said no, you'll have to use another store this is for staff only The final one said to me " prove it". I have given up asking. The bar code could be anything. I think a card with your name and request plus B&B community logo and something more official would be better.”

Dear Geoffrey, We're very sorry to hear this - we're actively trying to resolve this with an awareness campaign with businesses, but this of course takes time to filter down to customer-facing staff. In order to keep the cost of the card low (and indeed free) we have kept the design as simple as possible, we do however take on your comments and will address them with a new product review. “I registered and got an immediate hard sell for their pharmaceutical delivery company. This may or may not be good. What is not so good is that they present themselves as a "community" when they maybe are not. From the hard sell, I suspect this is a business or commercial organisation rather than a community. I want to know how they get their funding (the logo looks like an NHS one but apart from supplying a delivery service do they actually do any health work?) I don't mind if they are a business but they should be uprfront. I have tried looking at the website and if there is a section saying who they are and how they are funded, its buried away.”

It went bankrupt and was recovered to enable this vital resource with all its free information, newsletters and support group to continue to be available; all of which serves the community that has been have built. The Home Delivery Service was brought in as an extension of our clinical support. “Unfortunately I have tried several times since January to download the card to my iPhone wallet and it has never worked and I can’t find anyway to contact someone for support.”
