“Nice card. I was refused in a petrol station to use their loo. I was desperate to spend a penny but was told no. Had to drive a few miles in agony before finding a small garden centre cafe. Spoilt our day out. But glad I have the card.”

“AVOID SHELL GARAGE in Stow on the Wold, person behind counter refused my use of toilet facilities unless l made a purchase. Explaining l had a card she told me she understood no English even though she spoke to me in Engish. Extremely appalled by the attitude when it's a persons part of daily living. Let's hope she's never in my situation.”

“It wasn’t so brilliant today in Garvagh, the flower shop, I was refused to use their toilet, she even said she didn’t have one. There are public toilets in the town which are never open.”

“I uswd my cant waot card the other week in a stire as i was havinf a very bad fkare up if IBS. The manager refused to ket me use there toilet even if I bought something. I said there are no toilets near here and I can't wait I need to use the toilet right now. Was told no I am not disabled. I haven't tried to use it again bit I will be speaking to the store head office about this as I was aware this card was useful in getting me to a toilet fast and when e needed”

“I think you should put a photo of the person who use the card pulse details because my shops are refuse in 2 aspect the card because it could be anyone 😡”

“Some people won't recognise but if you go to disable toilet and you get a strop person could stick it somewhere the sun don't shine.”

“Hoping to actually get to use the card. Two places I've tried so far , no luck. One was a local chemist who fobbed me off saying someone was in the toilet but I can use the doctors surgery nearby ! And another was peacocks who said they don't have a toilet but I could go downstairs to the multi storey car park where the nearest toilets are ! 🤔🤔 just wondering where their staff go then ? Surely they don't leave the shop 🤔🤔”
