First contact when I ordered a digital card was great but was informed that a nurse will contact me for further catheter information but have not heard anything since.

I can get caught short at the worse times.No warning and I have to find a loo and of course many shops don't have public loos.

So far I’ve been denied use of the toilets when I’ve shown my pass from 4/5 places I went into. Nobody seems to care about it

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us - the card isn't designed to be printed so we suggest purchasing a card to put in a lanyard - this will also be clearer to read and last a lot longer as it's plastic, so will stand up to daily use. as i have prostate cancer & im suffering from the after effects of radiotherapy i tried to get a digital "just cant wait" card but there were so many hoops to jump through i gave up. i dont want to install a apple wallet on my iphone as i feel it could be unsafe.

Hi there Roy, We're sorry to hear of your situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We apply certain criteria to the application process to try to limit card applicants to people living with a bladder or bowel condition, but understand your viewpoint. The digital wallet is perfectly safe and you don't have to add any payment cards if you don't wish to. If you prefer, you can purchase a plastic card from our website. I have a can't wait card and it is great but needs an awareness campaign as so many don't know what it is or what it means so I end up spending 10mins explaining it before they agree to let me use the bathroom. All pubs, cafes and public places should know about it
