“Thec ard is OK but very commercialised. would have been better without all the commercial stuff on it. Mine was refused in town so had to go to the only public place where all the druggies hang out. Not impressed”

“Thanks for the card. My itial thought was that it is too "busy" and that its message is missed. I wanted to download the app to my phone. This isnt possible as it only appears to be available for iPhone's. I have an android. If it is possible to find the app from google store I don't seem to be able to find it. Which logo belongs to you?”

“My Just Can't Wait card arrived incredibly quickly -thank you. It's reassuring to have the card but would be even better if it could be personalised with the holder's name. Also, it's a shame the app isnt available for android phones yet. When it is, could it include translations for use when travelling abroad?”

“I was very happy with the speed with which you sent me the card. Thank you for that. However, I was very unhappy with the fact you had Bladder & Bowel Community stamped on the envelope. I live in shared accommodation and prefer to keep these matters to myself.”

“Not completely sure if most places would take much notice of the card, as it has very little valid information, personal or otherwise. The last thing I need is questions when in need a loo urgently. Do not have much notice and holding to the point of cramps, panic, sweating, anger for some reason?”

“I tried using it the other day and unfortunately still had to explain what it was for as the writing in the middle didn't resonate. i was told that it wasn't noticed because it wasn't bold.”

“I'm a healthcare professional who used my nhs.net account to order this card for a patient (initials O.K.) who did not have internet access. It's a great scheme but a shame that it's not as accessible to some people in need as it could be”

“Is good but some big chain shops still dont let people like use toilet with stoma and cathetres in so we need to raise more awareness as they have closed disabled toilets they need to very clean as we change we are prone to infections and disabled toilet are closed because of homeless people and its embarassing when you have carry stuff lbf wipes tissues pads disposable bags as i have fissure in bladder from complex chrohns in my perineum now so i really dont go out unless i know for sure there is a clean open toilet”
