“Not completely sure if most places would take much notice of the card, as it has very little valid information, personal or otherwise. The last thing I need is questions when in need a loo urgently. Do not have much notice and holding to the point of cramps, panic, sweating, anger for some reason?”

“I tried using it the other day and unfortunately still had to explain what it was for as the writing in the middle didn't resonate. i was told that it wasn't noticed because it wasn't bold.”

“I'm a healthcare professional who used my nhs.net account to order this card for a patient (initials O.K.) who did not have internet access. It's a great scheme but a shame that it's not as accessible to some people in need as it could be”

“I ordered one for my dad and for myself who both have medical conditions where we need to use a toilet his card came perfectly fine but mine still hasn’t arrived yet apart from that great service Sampalmer18@outlook.com”

“Is good but some big chain shops still dont let people like use toilet with stoma and cathetres in so we need to raise more awareness as they have closed disabled toilets they need to very clean as we change we are prone to infections and disabled toilet are closed because of homeless people and its embarassing when you have carry stuff lbf wipes tissues pads disposable bags as i have fissure in bladder from complex chrohns in my perineum now so i really dont go out unless i know for sure there is a clean open toilet”

“I would give it top marks if shops were aware of this card and people with this problem, As I have heard people showing the card when needed in shops and still being turned away, which is sad. The concept of the card is fantastic but it can only work if shops are aware and on board with it. Many thanks”
