“It would be very useful to access to Specialist Nurses to ask questions. I have recently had bowel surgery (no stoma) and there did not appear to be information about who you could talk to about things following surgery. The focus of the website ire bowels is on Stomas. Lots of people like me who had a prolapsed bowel would like to talk to someone but even via the local hospital where the operation has been carried out it has been difficult 🙁”

“In theory gd in practise mostly doesn’t work. Response is ‘we’re all in a hurry & can’t wait. I don’t want to disclose my medical needs to a row of irate women. Thanks for trying.”

“As for advice and feature i would give 5* but i am still awaiting my cant wait card. It has been ages. I also ordered a few extra card for a fibromyalgia group but none has arrived. Very disapointing.”

“The first time I used the card I was told the public toilets were not far,the shop assistant informed me that they have to use them as well, I didn't quite believe it. So had to limp to the loo dribbling on the way. It was a coffee shop which served not snacks.I felt embarrassed.”
