“Communication was a problem and I never got to explain that I am unable to self-catheterise owing to my disabilities They thought Simon and I live together, this is not the case!.”

“Great idea to show card rather than explaining problem. Issue is it’s refused I asked in boots the chemist into fort Glasgow also was going for eye examination in vision express they also refused to recognise the card.”

“While I have not had to use the card I find it a reassurance that it is there and the attention I have received from nurses and others has been very positive and helpful. Having a urinal bottle is also a great reassurance on a car journey.”

“Useful app information on how to access toilets. Undergoing chemo and find the fear of urgency to use the loo very embarrassing. Hopefully more places will become aware and understanding of this .”

“I tried a number of times to get either the app or the card and every time I tried I got so far and it said I would either get an email or text how to carry on but I never got either”

“Recently applied for two I Just Can't Wait cards, paying for both via cheque. Only one arrived. Sent email explaining but have had no form of apology/explanation, or my second, paid for, card.”
