“Always going that extra mile to help - especially when returning shirts too large or small, they are so incredibly quick to respond and their service is by far the best I have experienced in a long while - just love this company!”
“Trying to find a pair of fingerless gloves/wristwarmers so I have them to hand (as it were) when the chillier days arrive. So glad I came across this site. Spoiled for choice. So many lovely designs. They arrived next day and I'm very happy with them. They are on the chunky side, maybe because of the fleece lining, but I am definitely tempted to get another pair of a different design.”
“I bought two of your blankets as birthday presents for friends. Both really liked them. I think they were good quality, lovely design and most importantly value for money. Great service and I'll be back for more another day.”
“Going on a British summer holiday - what to buy a sister for a special birthday? - a Black Yak jumper.
"Best present ever" she said and very appropriate”
“Excellent service from Blak Yak. In particular the personal attention given in regard to getting the right fit. My husband loves his new wool jacket and it looks really great.”
“We discovered Black Yak clothes at York Market in 2016 - my husband and I purchased a variety of shirts, jackets and trousers which we have thoroughly enjoyed wearing. We enjoy the quality of fabric, colours, patterns and easy washing without shrinkage. Personally I am delighted that I can order shirts which in my book are now unisex!! We also are delighted to buy products which help to support the Nepalese community.”
“Your customer service is amazing! I ordered what I thought would be the right size, and you came back and advised me that the item I had ordered tended to be on the small side. You asked for my dimensions and changed my order to a larger size. The top fits perfectly and I am extremely pleased with it. I would say your customer service needs no improvement :)”
“Gorgeous beanie hat, beautiful colour, wrapped with care and lovely handwritten touch on the card :-) My friend had lost hers and it was her favourite, so I decided to find an exact replacement while she was on holiday, so she would have a nice surprise on her return. Went on our website, found the same colour and design, and Tada! One happy friend! Thank you!”
