“I bought two pairs of ladies gloves for me & my daughter. They are very lined and very warm but very chunky and not comfortable to wear, fingers are pushed apart and could not use my hand unless I took them off.”
“I called them to enquire about the sizing as the xl and xxl for men was not listed in cm and inches on the website. When i was asked about my height and chest size, i got muddled and said the wrong measurement and the woman laughed at me and tried very hard to stop herself from laughing for the rest of the conversation. I have Autism and dyslexia, and cancer with insomnia so was very tired when i called. I thought it was extremely unprofessional behaviour. On the upside the fleece lined 3/4 mens coat in beige is amazing to wear instantly warm with fine workmanship and speedy next day delivery. If the shop worker reads this, please learn from this and act with professionalism.”

“I’m really sorry to say that I’m disappointed. I ordered snd paid for my hat but unfortunately it never arrived. I contacted you and got a very quick response informing me that it was dispatched and according to you records was delivered on the 9th Sept. Unfortunately I now have no hat and I’m not sure what if anything I can do. I am trying to catch our post lady to see if she can shed any light on the matter. She is usually very good and we have a safe place should we not be in . ☹️”
