“First of all, the jacket I ordered is beautiful, nice and warm and well made. That alone deserves 5 stars. However, what really makes a difference is their superbe customer service. The first jacket I received was too short in the sleeves. I called and the person I spoke to remembered my order because I had told them that I am tall and slim and she was wondering whether the medium she had picked would work. Since it didn't she went away and measured a large fit to make sure it would not be too big. All of this was done immediately, I received the new one within a couple of days together with stamps to return the medium size. I was very impressed and am sure that I will treasure the jacket for a long time to come.”
