“First time order from Black Yak few weeks ago, so delighted with the purchase I ordered more items, and these are gorgeous too....Thank you, and Fair Trade! what more could you want..x”
“A representative from the company contacted me about the size I ordered asking for measurements to be sure I ordered a size that would fit. Based on her help, I changed the size and her recommendation turned out to be perfect. I was having is shipped to the United States so this assistance saved me both time and money. Great product and excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“The shirts I ordered turned out to be too big (my fault), so I got in touch with them and although they were more than happy to exchange them, I wanted them in the next couple of days. They were more than happy for me to go to their "Warehouse" to exchange my shirts for a smaller size the next day.
Fantastic service :-)”
“I ordered a couple of items, a Patchwork dress and an Embroidered Top and they arrived very quickly. The sizing was very good, they both fitted well. A nice touch was the note attached asking for me to notify them if there were any problems at all. Overall, I was very pleased with the service recieved.”
