“I purchased wrist warmers when visiting York. These are very effective and keep hands warm. A physio told me if wrists are warm your hands will be warm. for me this statement is correct.
I wanted a headband to keep ears warm whist driving. Very effective in this freezing weather. The headband arrived on time. Inside package a lovely touch a hand writtian note to enjoy purchase. The other good thing helping communities in countries less fortunate.”

Thank you for the delivery in time for Christmas, wrapped in tissue paper. Handwritten note with it apologising for a delay was lovely but I felt unnecessary as it came in time!
Only negative was that it was in a plastic bag for posting- would be great if you’d be able to use tough paper for eco friendliness.
