“Speedy service super hat. Well made and especially like the half fleece lining it keeps hair in place and feels so much better than wool next to your skin.”
“customer service team contacted me prior to dispatch to request chest size of recipient to make sure i had ordered the correct size. excellent service”
“Extremely helpful customer service and really accommodating to help with sizing as the garments are not high street sizing as such. Fab quality gear and looks good too. We bought a jacket each, lovely and cozy. Thank you Black Yak”
“My partner bought a beanie 2 years ago - great quality, fun design, still looks as new and it gets her through the Canadian winter. So we just got 2 more (a beanie and a bobble) and these seem just as good. Very happy!”
“Super helpful customer service ... the friendly people at Black Yak made sure the jacket I ordered would be the right fit and have the sleeve length I asked for. The jacket and scarf arrived really quickly and are just lovely, fantastic quality, warm and snug. Will be back for more soon!”
“The mittens I ordered for my Mum arrived in good time and were perfect, just what she wanted. They were good quality and a reasonable price too. Would recommend Black Yak.”
