“Bough several more or less matching wooley hats as semi-jokey Christmas presents for everyone in our family. Everyone loves them and are wearing them constantly. Rubbish joke. Great hats.”
“It's so hard to find good quality real wool hats - everywhere is full of acrylic ones that just don't keep you as warm. When my hat arrived it exceeded my expectations. Fantastic quality, gorgeous design and even a hand written note to apologise about the wool on this onecoming up slightly darker than the picture on the website.
So pleased have just put in an order for some more - thanks Black Yak!”
“Lovely warm gloves.. I ordered a pair for a friend who teaches netball after school as her hands get very cold. The gloves looked so warm I ordered a pair for myself! The second pair arrived super quickly so I had them over Christmas which was a bonus. A friend who sells products at Sussex markets and believes in buying ethical quality products put me on to Black Yak..all good”
“Someone rang me to check what I actually wanted to order - my ineptitude with my phone (and distractions from my baby) meant I nearly ordered twice. Very grateful for the personal service.”
“Have not received my order and it's been 2 weeks. Tried contacting twice so I can be given a tracking number but no response! I don't even know if my toque is going to arrive!”
“The product is one my sister asked for for Christmas. The bag was not dispatched quickly and I had paid for first class post, and although Black Yak acknowledged there was a delay in processing the order in a note, it arrived too late for me to post it on to her by the last posting date before Christmas. Happily Royal Mail were able to deliver my parcel quickly.”
