“The gloves i bought are perfect for dog walking. Both warm and practical allowing me to have my finger free when i need the or covered up when i don't. Love them.”
“First of all, Black Yak's customer service is excellent; they are quick to reply, knowledgeable of their products, and provide detailed, thoughtful responses. I purchased the Naya Mint/Cream and love it! I have a sensitivity to wool, but the fleece lining takes care of that. It only occasionally makes my neck a tiny bit itchy where sometimes my neck comes into contact with the rim of the hat. Super warm. I would buy again.”
“I had already purchased a bobble hat on holiday & my other half liked it but wanted a different colour so I checked out your company on-line & ordered one direct. Love the designs, colours, service & quality. Thank you”
“This was a Christmas gift and there was a problem with the zip on Boxing Day. Contacted Black Yak and a returns bag arrived for the return of the jacket. Replacement arrived within a few days. Great service!!”
