“I bought a hat a good number of years ago and got lots of comments about it. I loved that hat and wore it a lot in the cold weather that is why I knew I would be purchasing quality
when I ordered my latest two. I am not disappointed and have turned a few heads again by wearing them. Thanka again, they are real winners!”
“All my emails were answered promptly. The hat I bought on line was despatched promptly and was of excellent quality at a good price. Can highly recommend this company”
“This is my third Black Yak jumper (the other 2 are still going) over 10 years. The first two were bought up in Ullapool. I love them - they are unique and have the warmth, thickness and feel of a proper jumper - its difficult to get it of my back for a wash!!”
“Arrived on time, beautifully made.So cosy and warm and very smart. I love the fleece around the brim inside to stop it being itchey. Just beautiful. Thank you.”
“Needed fingerless mits because of a job I was doing. They were warm with their thick exterior and fleecy lining and there was a good choce of colours!I would highly recommend them to others as I am a city of culture volunteer for Hull.”
“Appreciated being able to speak on the phone to someone when I hadn't had confirmation of my order and therefore unsure of status. Lovely woman very efficient and able to reassure me order received and would be dispatched that day. Order arrived promptly and good quality. Thank you - would use company again and recommend it to others.”
