“Package arrived in good time!!! Excellent hat and the bonus of a free felt badge due to the delay in postage but I thought it was prompt!!! We love black yak!!!!”
“Fantastic service. Met them at Lincoln Christmas market and was really impressed. Lots of email communication following an online purchase. Great products - I love my wrist warmers. Why go anywhere else?”
“Great service - they phoned to check that we'd ordered the correct size and had us take measurements to make sure. Very friendly! ... and our order arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Thank you!”
“Nice products, (in my case beanie & wrist warmers), well made, nice materials, lovely colours, funky, tho' not ordered for me but as an Xmas present, so we'll see how they go down. But the products, and the ordering process has so far been top notch, many thanks.”
