Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Hi! I can't comment on your website as the Seresto collar was ordered for me by someone else. However, I would like to say I have not received this item yet despite an email saying it is being shipped. I have been waiting 8 days now. I do hope it will arrive soon.”

“Easy to purchase but then a complete shambles. Website says orders with express delivery shipped (which I paid for) shipped next business day or they will be in touch. I hadn't heard anything in 48 hours, so chased. They then admit they couldn't ship the order (no idea why, items showed as in-stock), so refunded the express delivery charge. Order tracking from Hermes (argh!) says they are awaiting the parcel, so no idea when it will get here. Will never use again.”

“A mail-order business that wants to remain in business doesn't accept orders and take payment and then email customers 2 days later to say that Covid-19 is causing delays in despatch. I saw no warning of this on the website when I ordered, it was sprung on me today. The request for a review - of an order that may not arrive for some time - followed seconds later. The time to ask for a review - if you want a favourable one - is when you have actually filled an order in a timely and efficient manner.”

“I purchased a clix dog collar which was del without any hitches,it was working well and did stop my dog barking on the vibrate function ,however after a few weeks it stopped working on this function ive messaged black cat med about 3 times and I haven't had a reply mrs marlene jones 138 evesham rd ,headless cross ,Redditch ,b97 5ER”
