Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Ordering is not easy go to their shop and product was not there. I had to use internet to find the product then find the company's advert then order it. It doesn't stop there they want a passport attached but vet sends this seperately so you have to make a word document stating that the vet will send it. Surely this can be made simpler. Also, the offer of the first order of 5% was accepted but not taken off at the payment stage. No code number on E mail. The plus side was VEt4pets asking a staggering 43 pounds for the same product. So well done for the saving you gave me.”

It took 6 days to arrive because of this I had to source another supply of Protexin. I’d be reluctant to order from you again if you still use the same courier company.”

“Hi I have ordered the x large kong bear, and thought it was the ginger colour I would be receiving, but it was the grey, our dog had a ginger one, and loved it to bits, but it has been sewn a few times now. So hope he will take to the grey one too. Did not realise colours were sent out randomly, as there is no indication to this. Dawn Diaper.”

“Sadly, for the second time running, my order simply wasn’t shipped. Email notification saying it’s with the courier, yet the courier hasn’t received it. Apparently the warehouse system has issues where they mark it as shipped but don’t actually do it. Each time I’ve waited over a week then had to chase and argue that my items haven’t arrived, because the system says the order is complete. Really frustrating and a broken system is letting you down.”
