“Very easy to purchase and use the website but unfortunately delivery isn’t on time, I paid for next day delivery which certainly isn’t the case! Website says order before 4pm you get next day but have to pay for it which I did… I ordered on Wednesday midday and today is Saturday and I still haven’t received my delivery, I have sent the company and email yesterday but have had no reply, so next day isn’t next day delivery with this company that you pay for!!!”

“I had struggled to get a certain type of Guinea pig fruity mix and this website I found it. Easy to order and arrived really quickly. I cannot put my name as ordered for a Guinea pig rescue and therefore it comes up with my friends name and not mine.”

Helpful Report

“Very pleased with my first dealings with Direct4Pet. Ordering was easy but really impressed with the delivery process, using a Sunday to deliver was excellent. Think would have been next day but I was late ordering. Didn't take long and not too expensive, also keeping me well informed. Most grateful as was needing some medicine for the cat. Will use again I'm sure. Many thanks.”
