“Excellent service”

Helpful Report

“Very easy website to order for my dog. Good selection of brands to choose from and 1st class communication emails advising progression of order”

Helpful Report

“Easy to purchase but then a complete shambles. Website says orders with express delivery shipped (which I paid for) shipped next business day or they will be in touch. I hadn't heard anything in 48 hours, so chased. They then admit they couldn't ship the order (no idea why, items showed as in-stock), so refunded the express delivery charge. Order tracking from Hermes (argh!) says they are awaiting the parcel, so no idea when it will get here. Will never use again.”

Helpful Report

“Always easy to place and pay for an order on any website, As it’s sales, and that sales are is money getting. Delivery is a different thing altogether. Placed an order on Wednesday last week and still waiting. In this day and age. Anything over 48 hrs delivery in the same country is unacceptable.”

Helpful Report

“The purchase was easy. Unfortunately the delivery time scale was not true. 2 to 4 days the website promised. My order arrived a week later. Extremely unhappy and with the product too!”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service and super fast delivery. Will definitely be using again.”
