“Terrible, small sizes not worth the money”

“I find the bracelet cumbersome, the magnets are quite large for a ladies wrist, also because of the difficulty in closing the bracelet close to the skin, ( you are asked not to press on the magnet) you have to be aware not to get caught up on things. Having said all that I do think it has helped the arthritis in my hand”

“Powerful magnets, in an attractive bracelet. It would be helpful if the bracelet had a safety chain. This was a relpacement for a Bioflow bought over 20 years ago, and is as efficacious as its predecessor. Easy to order, quick delivery.”

“You used to have great products my wife was even an agent .Sadly from examining the replacement band it it clear that good taste and quality has suffered considerably .never mind all good things come to an end or will soon ! I suggest you up your game and reflect long and hard how far you have drifted from the original products acthetics and quality do matter more than you seem to realise”

“I ordered the Duet magnetic bangle in size S , according to the measurement instructions . On delivery the bangle was so small , l had to return the item at my own expense and then pay postage for delivery of the larger size, meaning l had to pay £5.05 in total to replace the original bangle which was so small as to fit a young child . In addition l have not received notification of guarantee for the product which l think should be an essential part of the purchase procedure.”

Hi Sarah, when placing your order you entered Austria as your destination country and not Australia, where you are based. We do not send to Australia from our UK site as we have an Australian website, www.bioflow.com.au Your order was initially sent to Austria however it is now is in transit to your Australia address. The tracking number is LE792120403GB which you can track at the Royal Mail website. Kind regards Bioflow
