“You used to have great products my wife was even an agent .Sadly from examining the replacement band it it clear that good taste and quality has suffered considerably .never mind all good things come to an end or will soon ! I suggest you up your game and reflect long and hard how far you have drifted from the original products acthetics and quality do matter more than you seem to realise”

“Bought 2 duo magnetic bangles about a month ago, one for husband (77) and the other for my mother (96). They both suffer with joint pains, particularly neck, shoulder and knees. Unfortunately neither of them has indentified any improvement so far.”

“I ordered the medium size bangle that was far too big, do then ordered the size small. I could not get this on my wrist. Returned the small and gave the medium size to my husband. The sizing varies massively between the small and medium. Will have to look else where”

“Bracelet quality if poor. Received my bracelet that looked as though it it had been resold to me after someone else had returned it. Had a couple of small scratches on it too. Second bracelet had a faulty clasp (the magnet cover didn’t fit as the magnet wouldn’t seat properly in its slot). They sent me a replacement. The replacement was faulty also. The magnet cover wouldn’t seat properly because of poor workmanship of the lower panel. Just in the process of sending pictures and complaining.”

“I bought my item hoping it would relieve the pain in my left side As it happened it brought pain to my left shoulder which I have seen a Physio therapist for he gave me exercises to do and a steroid injection neither of which has helped I have taken the bracelet off and will not wear it again Relieve pain NO increase pain YES. Not impressed at all Regards Sue Hicks”

“I was very disappointed with this as really thought it would help with our pressure problem but it furred iup quickly as the holes are so small and the pressure was not increased due to this. Went back to our original head after a week.”

“Nice bracelet shape but much too heavy to wear every day. I wanted to put it with other bracelets but it’s too clumsy. Very disappointed and don’t even know if it has health benefits because I didn’t wear it but put it in a drawer.”
