Hi Bioflow, my mother loaned me her two toned metal bracelet, after I began suffering from foot and joint pain. I was sceptical about using it, but was amazed at the almost immediate difference it's made. Soon after, I was given a new jewellery shop magnet bracelet as a birthday gift by a friend, so I returned my mother's. However, the effectiveness of my new bracelet (which is not made by bioflow) was nowhere near as good and the pain and stiffness returned. I put my mother's back on and once again quickly felt the benefit. Subsequently I now want to buy my own. My question is: Are all your bracelets the same strength and offer the same benefit? Or are the bangles and bracelets different. I prefer the look of the bangle but would forego looks for effectiveness if this differs.

Hi Linda Thank you for getting in touch. All of our magnets are the same strength, measuring in excess of 2000 gauss on the main magnet module. Therefore, they all offer the same benefits. Kind regards Bioflow

My Greyhound wears a Bioflow collar, she is coming up for 13 and I’ve been told she has arthritis in her lower back, do you make a ‘collar’ that would fit round her back, in front of her back legs or wouldn’t it be possible and does her original neck collar suffice. Any advice from you would be welcome. Thank you.

Hi Sylvia Thank you for your question. The magnetic therapy doesn't need to be worn exactly on the affected area to help, so we would imagine that her existing collar worn on her neck will be fine. Unfortunately we don't make anything that would fit around her back area. Another option is to place one of our magnetic pads in her dog bed, this is designed for this purpose. Hi Susan Thanks for your question. Our magnetic bracelets are designed to work on the blood flow, so wearing on the wrist is just as effective as wearing one of our magnets anywhere else. If you would prefer something other than a bracelet, we do sell a magnetic pad. Kind regards, Bioflow

Have been wearing a sports magnet for two years -no problems. Suddenly I have a rash on my wrist. I have two models but it is the same with both. Any ideas?

Hi Barry Although these wristbands are waterproof, you must regularly clean your band and wrist, especially after exercise or sweating. Rinse the band with water. Do NOT use hand soap, body soap, dish soap, hand sanitisers, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate skin. Always dry the band and your wrist well before putting it back on. To remove build up of any products (such as sunscreen, insect repellent and moisturisers) that can be trapped beneath the band, we recommend that you use a very mild soap free cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and dry well. It is not good to wear a wet band for a prolonged period. If your Bioflow Sport gets wet, for example after sweating or swimming/showering/bathing, rinse and dry it thoroughly before putting it back on your wrist. Make sure your wristband isn’t too tight as prolonged rubbing and pressure may irritate the skin. Give your wrist a break by removing the band for an hour or two to let your skin breathe. If you have eczema or allergies you may be more likely to experience a skin irritation or allergy. Kind regards Bioflow

My 79 yr old mother is suffering with arthritis and carpel tunnel syndrome and is also currently waiting for a replacement right knee. Which bracelet would you recommend for her to get maximum relief

What precisely are/is the healthy benefit/s of wearing Bioflow Bracelet. I have a bracelet and should I remove it when going to bed. I'm 80 Years of age.
