“I had difficulties making an online payment. that was solved by an extremely knowledgeable young man on the website helpline. The product is excellent and reasonably priced. Sadly the shipping costs soured my experience, I'm not that happy with the way suppliers cut the product price but add in the difference later in the shipping costs. Really scammy my friends spoilt it for me!”

“Your normally excellent service was somewhat compromised on my last order, owing to the fact you mixed up my delivery address with my billing address, meaning the goods were delivered to my home instead of my workshop. Yours, disgusted of Tunbridge Wells.”

“The wheels were as advertised and were well packed. I was disappointed that I had to pay a premium for tardy delivery to my location. I appreciate that some carriers are a lot more expensive for remote locations but postal service/parcel force charge no extra and are quick. I pointed this out with my order”
