“First order was dispatched very quickly and efficiently. Second order required a follow up call as no order was received, to be told it was out of stock waiting for deliveries. I should have been advised.”

“Purchased some sprung casters. Service was fantastic however, casters didn't even take half the amount of weight it stated on the website.”

“Ordered product (wheel) based on the dimensions shown in the online catalogue but it appears the details were incorrect. The wheel fitting (jaws) had to be modified to suit.”

Hi Frank, Thank you for the feedback. We apologies you had to modify your order. Our range is extremely vast and on occasions specifications slightly change over time. We do our best to update any reference to this as soon as possible but it looks like this one slipped the net. We are always happy to sort any issue a customer has so please let us know if we can be of further help.

“Delighted to find that a product of 15 years ago is still being made by BIL. Delighted also that my order was delivered the next day, less delighted that no information about delivery was forthcoming. Hence only 4 stars.”
