“Product was exactly as described and arrived when you said it would. I think the minimum charge for delivery for smaller items / orders is expensive though. Maybe something you can look at ? Thanks”

“Product quality and price is spot-on although P handles originally required out of stock for 9 weeks! A bit slow on delivery (13 days) compared to previous orders. Also no communication on progress until I emailed to chase the delivery date, the sales manager replied and apologised for the delay which was due to it being a busy time of year for production team. Definitely recommend this company every time despite delays.”
