“ordered the Chester draw / I have never seen such instruction before. it stated 40 minutes to put together more like 8 days + thats just sorting the parts out.. and then waiting for the bits that were missing to arrive , .. the draws dont align so closing them isn't to good,, I found this item £50 cheaper as well . which added insult to injury .. the customer service isn't great .. but reading the other review on here my complaint wasn't a one off ,so the had no interest..”

“I wasn’t impressed the item arrived damaged. Was poorly packed. I must say they did offer to exchange item but I didn’t have time to take off work to wait for collection and we needed item urgently so kept it, but for the cost I would have expected it arriving in good condition.”
