“My roll of lino arrived with a little damage in places but luckily I had ordered a huge piece, so I managed to avoid having to use the damaged area. I probably could have organised a return but I had already booked a fitter. On the plus side, bargain prices, free delivery, delivery made on promised date and lots of choice on offer here, so I'd use them again and recommend them.”

“Thank you for the samples of Moduleo which were received in a reasonable time frame. I believe it was essential to see actual samples as although they do there best, pictures on the internet, cannot accurately reflect the particular colours and shades of the product. As I am considering doing several rooms, in different wood and stone, a maximum of three samples was somewhat restricting.”

“No problems with the business or service- I had some samples, but I didn't like them, I'm looking for some really stylish and cool/fun vinyl flooring but samples and colours not edgy/on trend enough.”

“There is no problem with the product and have used the cleaner/sealer from yourselves in the past. However this time there seemed to be a problem with the shipping through APC. I telephoned yourselves after the cleaner had not arrived for at least 7 days from order, not sure what happened to that one. You then kindly sent me another cleaner and I tracked this one. It swiftly left you, arrived at the hub and then to my local APC depot for delivery. There then seemed to be a delay so I rang the local depot last Friday 24 February and was told it was on the vehicle for delivery that day. It didn't arrive that day but it was eventually delivered on Monday 24 February. The cleaner/sealer is good and I am now using it. Thanks Janet Morris”

Hi Janet, I'm so glad you took the time to rate us and describe your experience. While we have found APC to be the most reliable in getting the floorcare products to their destination in one piece (using other carriers they often got damaged) they sometimes do not get delivered as quickly as we would like. “Very prompt service for sample delivery. I have ordered the tiles from retailer because they will do all of the job for me. The selection of flooring made it hard to choose . Looking forward to my new floor .”

“The vinyl flooring samples that I ordered were of good quality for the price. Two of them were moroccan-style tile affect and in one, the red is more of a light pink which was disappointing. The samples took 6 working days to arrive - as warned - but it would have been great to receive them a little quicker!”
