“I chose best4 over other online flooring companies because of their delivery options and ability to book a specific delivery day. Delivery was sensibly priced,rapid,and friendly driver. Vinyl was great,only issue was several small splits on edge of the roll, overall happy with finished look and got a great quality vinyl for a fraction of the price on other sites.”

“Thank you for the offer of a free sample, great idea however, I found the pattern a bit on the dull side. The background was cream as opposed to white. Sorry. But thank you very much for the quick response in sending the sample.”

“Vinyl itself is lovely, bright & vibrant. Certainly brightens up my porch, easy to use, cut & stick down. Packaged well. Delivery not so great - took the day off work after booking specific day. Turned up hours late at 8pm in the evening!”

“The flooring is excellent,bit pricey per pack, arrived on time. Delivery cost too high. Also I was not happy with the delivery driver, knocked the door and got me to unload it from van and carry it to my property. Not exceptable. Especially for delivery cost”

We're sorry to hear you felt the flooring was expensive. We strive to offer great value, and in this case, the product was reduced from £32.99 to £24.99 per sqm, with an additional 5% discount applied following your sample order. We believe this represents strong value for the quality provided, We’re sorry to hear that the delivery service did not meet your expectations. As per the terms and conditions the delivery is a kerb side service and due to insurance reasons unable to enter you property however the courier should unload the flooring off the van themselves this is certainly not the normal level of service received from the courier and this will be escalated with them. We also understand your concern about delivery charges. These are set by the courier and start from £14.95, depending on order size and delivery service. However if you are not happy with the delivery cost customers are always welcome to use their own courier if preferred. Kindest Regards Best4Flooring

“Ordered some free vinyl samples (x3). They arrived quickly & the A4 size gives a you a really good idea of what the item would be like in situ. Good quality and on par with other companies, good prices also. Unfortunately none of the samples was quite what I was looking for at this stage and have gone with another design from another company. But I would keep this company in mind for future samples & possible sales. Thank you so much for the samples & sorry we couldn’t do business this time around.”

“Very happy with the lino ordered, good quality, great price and delivered when said Only down side is that I live on the Isle of Wight and this company class us as offshore despite the fact that we have a Portsmouth postcode and most companies only charge the normal shipping fees to the island. £65 shipping is ridiculous, more than my order and this will sadly stop me ordering in future”

Standard and express delivery prices are only available on UK Mainland deliveries as the Isle of Man is not Mainland UK it falls under the couriers Highlands and extremities delivery areas. Deliveries to these areas incur an extra cost .The cost and areas are set and calculated by the third party unfortunately we have no control over the delivery cost or what areas the courier classes as the highlands and extremities. There is an option to collect and arrange your own courier if you are able to arrange your own courier. “Wrong measurement sent so fitter had a wasted journey and wasn’t very pleased saying that the mistake was put right very quickly and although the delivery didn’t come on the stated day I finally managed to get it laid. Quality of the vinyl is very good and nice looking”

“Ordered chosen vinyl and received on delivery date , it was damaged on arrival during transit. I contacted best4flooring and they promptly answered back , after inspection ( by qualified fitter) it was able to be still fitted and I was offered and received a 20% refund on the order , This was my choice but must state if it wasn’t useable I was also offered a replacement. I was impressed with the communication from beginning to end of transaction.”

“The quality of the flooring was good but there was a tear in the vinyl which thankfully was at one end and able to be cut off.Delivery was a day late despite being ordered a week earlier and a delivery date option being given.”

“Ordering was easy, comms not as great (hence 4 stars) as I had to chase for a delivery date but they replied quickly and delivery was confirmed. It arrived when predicted and I got a text message the day before to give me a rough time so I was not hanging around all day for it! Flooring itself was packed well, design is as expected and it's already fitted in my bathroom - very pleased with it.”

“So had a slight problem with the vinyl, it was checked on delivery and found to have damaged,(probably damaged in transit) contacted the company whom offered to replace it or issue a part refund if it was not returned, as it happened I had ordered more than was necessary and took the part refund. The company were fantastic from start to finish, and the vinyl flooring again fantastic product, easy to lay, didn't need the damaged piece in the end. Thank you guys”
