Ordered a sample and emailed straight away to let them know I missed a digit on my address. I received an email informing me that they will pass this on. Clearly no communication as I haven't received the sample. Doesn't give me confidence in ordering again

Good Afternoon Margaret Thank you for leaving a review We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your samples. The information was passed to the samples team on the 20th May and can see that a shipping email was sent on the 21st of May showing that you samples had been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number provided by Royal Mail only updates on the morning of the delivery or when delivered. I have checked the tracking details which confirms that Royal Mail has not yet attempted delivery. As we would expect the samples to be delivered by now it could be possible that they have lost in the postal system We do apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused . The samples have been raised again and you should receive them in the next few days. Home delivery could be cheaper. Had to drive quite far to the warehouse to collect it. When I got home part of the order hadnt been included which was a bit frustrating. Couldn't get through to anyone to find out where it was so gave up and just bought it somewhere else.

I asked for samples of flooring to see if it would clash with my rug. Even although they were free I still couldn’t judge as the pattern wasn’t really shown enough and was cut off. I would much rather have paid for a slightly bigger piece as these were of no use whatsoever. I can understand if it is a plain flooring but not the patterned ones

the vinyl was ok. however, they used UPS to deliver (for which i paid the best part fo £15)... UPS gave me a delivery date and I waited in from 1pm to 7pm. No delivery. The delivery disappeared from the UPS app and website, them the next morning it was re-scheduled to be delivered that day, which it was. I am going to ask Best4Flooring to re-imburse my delivery cost since their delivery provider failed to take any regard for my time, it mis-led me, and failed to keep me informed.

the sample did not help as i wanted the whole patern not just the outside bit i needed to see the middle as it was the colour of the dark one in the middle that iwas expecting to see. i cannot coment on how good they are as i have not ordered anything

I have still not received my order. You use UPS and they have let us down every day for a week. They reflect very badly on your operation and I will not be using you again.

Good Afternoon Susan Thank you for sharing your comments We received a call into our sales office today which is the first time we have been notified of any delivery issues. Following your enquiry we contacted the courier on your behalf who confirmed that the order was out for delivery today. Ordered a Vinyl and some double sided tape. The Vinyl arrived with a tear in it & never received the tape!

With regards to the double sided tape, please check down the centre of the roll, we place the tape here to protect it in transit.

I ordered a sample of Massimo Oak LVT. What arrived was a very different colour to the pictures on your site. Spent hours on the phone to try to talk to someone about this but nobody answered sadly. Mike

Ordered some flooring samples. Colours were absolutely nothing like what was shown online (and far more different than can be attributed to differences in screens, devices etc.) so didn't buy.

We are sorry to hear that you feel the colours online do not reflect the flooring in real life. We do our best to make sure that the pictures are as accurate as possible however how a colour appears online depends on the device screen resolution, interior lighting, surrounding colours and your own personal perspective. Website images are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home and can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. I am afraid you don't get guaranteed delivery when paying for an item. 3rd party can't deliver if not dispatched. When change deliver date..its still not received and keep being told 3rd party fault. Please sort your courier service out, ots not enough to repay delivery charge when you are expecting delivery and have fitters booked

Dear Maureen Thank you for taking the time to write a review all feedback is very important to us. We use a third-party courier for deliveries. Although we work hard to ensure that your order arrives safely and on your desired delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control this is not always guaranteed. The order was collected by the courier on the day of placing your order for delivery the next day and tracking details were provided. I can see that a member of our sales team corresponded with you following your delivery issues. The delivery was changed via the UPS Link by the end user on the day of delivery which changed the delivery from the date we had requested. Although this was changed by the end user as a gesture of goodwill the £4.95 express delivery charge was refunded. The tracking information confirms that the delivery was rescheduled for the 4th of June and has now been delivered. Besides the delivery issues above we do hope that you are happy with your choice of flooring and do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can help you with Kind Regards Best4flooring

Really unhelpful with the failed delivery ( not my fault ) Basically passing the buck and repeating what I already knew from the UPS website. Best4flooring need to foster better relationships with their delivery partners.

We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with your delivery Although we work hard to ensure that your order arrives safely and on your desired delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control this is not always guaranteed. Our sales team contacted the courier on the day of the delivery and were advised that the driver had tried to deliver however there was no one available at the time of delivery. It was noted that the courier didn't leave a card to advise and as a gesture of goodwill half of the delivery charge was refunded and the order delivered the next day. Will not use again. After spending enough money, they would not honour a return yet they made a mistake by sending out the wrong measurements. Could certainly improve their customer service.

Good morning, I have checked through the correspendence that was had with the person who ordered the goods and our sales team and can confirm that the returns were honoured and refunded in February. If you would like further information on this please contact our sales team.

Paid extra for Express Delivery but after ordering was told by courier that it would be delivered between 5.15pm and 7.15 pm.... so not the next working day. So I made arrangements to be at new house in that time slot only to find they delivered at 3.22pm. Just as well some workmen were still there to receive it. Not happy with the service at all.

Postage costs are excessive at their cheapest and have to book a slot in the following week. Slightly damaged once unpacked but I could hide that and decided it wasn't worth the hassle of sending back and replacing.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I've been trying for 2 days to purchase something. As soon as I go to pay, I get prompted to choose a delivery day, but there's no option to choose anywhere on the page!!!
