“The vinyl flooring samples that I ordered were of good quality for the price. Two of them were moroccan-style tile affect and in one, the red is more of a light pink which was disappointing. The samples took 6 working days to arrive - as warned - but it would have been great to receive them a little quicker!”

“I only ordered samples, but I have ordered from other places and they either don't arrive or the wrong ones arrive. All my choices arrived and timely too. I have to decide the carpet before a final decision on the vinyl. Only snag is that only 3 are allowed. thanks”

“Delivery very good some edges on the planks slightly damaged but still went together once they were cleaned up not quite as rigid as some I've used previously looks good when laid”

Thanks for your feedback Donald. I'm so sorry there was slight damage during transit but it is a relief you were able to see past it and found it didn't affect the actual installation. You can't really get a rigid LVT at the moment but do watch this space as we will be launching an exciting new range that ticks that box in 2017.

“Ordered last Sunday and was expecting to come last week but only received today (could be couriers) Will use again, responded to emails, deducted VAT which is important to Jersey residents - Purchased a HugRug which have always liked and lasted wrapped extremely well (took 10 minutes to unwrap)”

Hi Jenny, Thanks for taking the time to rate us and for your comments. The Hug rugs are indeed dispatched on a free next working day delivery service, but only if delivery is within mainland UK. We ask customers to contact us for a shipping quote if outside the UK. Your order should not have got through but you entered your country as 'United Kingdom' which bypassed the settings. Normally we would get in touch to seek additional delivery costs but our sales dept took the decision not to charge extra and dispatched the rug on the Monday. But I believe Phil did advise it would take a while longer to arrive. Many thanks again for your feedback :) Kind regards, Best4flooring

“Stock problems screwed up the kitchen fitter work plan. Should have arrived Wed but out of stock, re sceduled to Friday and arrved 2-30 pm Ugh”

Hey Andrew, Many thanks for your great feedback. It's good to hear what our customers would like us to improve on. In the past we found customers preferred paying a lower price for the product and get free delivery. But times change and of course everyone has different preferences. We are working on making delivery slots available as a chargeable upgrade on some products. All the best, Kay

“We were interested in Moroccan style lino. The website was easy to use and the samples were delivered in a couple of days. This was helpful, and at the moment we are continuing our search since the actual product was not quite what we were looking for. Without the samples we could not have found this out. Thank you”

“I ordered if on thursday morning about 9:30 and got it the day after at about 1:30pm so thedilivort is perfect. for flooring was far better then it looks but tricky to lay. i will be ordering more very soon”

“I ordered flooring at a great price, it came quickly and without problem. The only slight issue was that the sample I received of the flooring was noticeably thicker than what arrives, the thickness to me indicated quality and perhaps longer lasting, so was a bit disappointed.”

Many thanks for your feedback Wendy. Must admit we're scratching our heads about the thickness difference you mentioned because we cut the samples from the product ourselves. We wonder if perhaps you had a number of samples from different ranges. We have other cushion vinyls up to 4.5mm thick with a 10 year guarantee. The vinyl you ordered has a 5 year residential guarantee and 2.8mm thick so while it is a great, high quality vinyl it is one of the thinner designs. Hope this helps and many thanks for taking the time to leave comments.

“Best 4 flooring send me some lovely samples of vinyl which showed the quality of their products. However, I was anxious to get it sorted quickly as I had a fitter waiting. In the end the samples took a few days to arrive and I would still have had to wait for delivery so I had to purchase locally . I was sorry not to have ordered from Best 4 flooring as their quality was much better. Perhaps that's something they should consider. I appreciate that sending out samples does not seem a priority ,however, taking your time may cost you a sale. I hope to order from them in the future.”
