“Ordering was simple! The flooring is very good quality and very well priced. My only complaint is a total lack of delivery advice. I had no despatch email. I was luckily off work ill when it was delivered without prior warning or even a phone call to check I'd be home”

Hi Paula, Thanks for your feedback. We were concerned to read your comment regarding 'total lack of delivery advice' as this does not meet with our systems and procedures. We are sorry you are disappointed in the lack of phone call but we did not feel it was necessary since it was out for delivery on the date you requested and we had sent 2 emails confirming this. I have investigated your order from start to finish and can confirm the following: 1. You placed your order online and requested delivery date of 14/08/17. 2. Order confirmation was sent by email immediately on receipt of your order and this email includes the delivery date you requested. 2. Despatch notification was sent by email on 13/08/17 and includes the delivery date you requested and also tracking details. 3. Online tracking verifies your order was delivered and signed for on 14/08/17 as requested. 4. You were sent a review invitation email. This is only triggered by the despatch email being sent. I expect you will find our order notification emails buried somewhere (perhaps in your spam folder). I am sorry you feel we did not keep you informed but it appears this was most likely due to your email provider. We are delighted that you are happy with the flooring. Kind regards, Best4flooring

“The Vinyl we bought from Best4flooring was half the price we were quoted for the same from a well known Retailer. OK they have the added expense of shops to to run but so glad we found you online! Saved us a good bit of cash. Delivery was free but there was an issue with the fact that it was ony one individual. Vinyl was heavy and at one point it was pushed & dragged up our driveway! I was annoyed about that as you can imagine. I had a good look at it before signing & it appeared undamaged but the delivery guy went with a ear bashing from me! Our new Vinyl looks fantastic in our newly fitted kitchen; we are so pleased with it.”

Hi John, Thanks for your feedback. We actually have local shops within our group too so we're high street and online. We do like to keep our prices as low as possible :) I am disappointed to hear how the delivery driver treated your lovely flooring but I'm glad it was packaged well enough not to suffer from it. I will pass that onto our procurement team so they can have a stern word with the carrier service responsible. We love to see photos, especially of new kitchens so please send a pic if you can.
