“Quick postage. The mosaic floor sample was so small though it didn't give a clear representation of the patterns so it didn't tempt me into purchasing enough.”

Hi Tiffany, Thank you for your feedback on our free samples. The eclectic sheet vinyl designs have pretty large designs and some don't repeat for at least 1m2. This makes it impossible to provide a free sample which clearly represents the full pattern. Instead, we show as many photos as we have available and we also offer a supersize service. “My rating would have been very good, however, I did not receive an order confirmation e mail or a confirmation of a delivery date. However, the young lady I spoke to was very informative and confirmed what I had hoped to hear. Also, I could not be given an approximate time of delivery (could not make contact with the courier ?). I really do urge you to provide such a facility as it does help customers who have to be somewhere else and can't plan the day. Thank you.”
