Hi Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. We do provide ETA for samples on the order confirmation and shipping emails. However if does appear your samples took longer to process than usual due to a backlog following the May Day bank holiday weekend. You should have received a notification of the delay and I understand you did not. I can only apologise and have stressed the importance of this with the team. Kind regards, Kay
