“I've been scanning the comparison websites for a few weeks and pondering which insurance site to go with - always reluctant to give out personal information especially phone numbers and emails as you tend to get inundated with calls and I hate talking on the phone - however, I can honestly say that I was made to feel at ease from the start of the call to the end. Everything was well explained and understood before moving on to the next point. I would certainly recommend to friends and colleagues and without doubt will be back in touch to sort out my husbands similar cover.”

“I took out a short term income protection policy. It was not clearly explained that this was a 12month agreement and was financed on a 12 month loan through a 3rd party company. The company needs to be more transparent and upfront with customers. I have cancelled my policy.”
