“Very helpful. The man i spoke to was Dan and he told me about policy and i wanted to think about it , so he said he would phone back tomorrow at 6 pm.Bang on 6pm next day he phoned back,lovely not to be waiting all night for phone to ring”

“I found the people (Glenn et al) I dealt with helpful and professional, when I managed to contact them, that is! I tried for 3 weeks and although the telephone message says you are open M-Th, I believe it is, 0900-1900hrs, I couldn't speak to anyone, although I called in the evenings, well before the closing time? The hours stipulated are different Fridays and at the weekend though. I am happy with the outcome. Thanks.”

“I was not sure about getting insurance on-line as the world of computers are out of my comfort zone but that changed when Best Insurance returned my call and i spoke to Harry he talked me through step by step, stopping now and then to make sure i was understanding it all. i then had to phone Best Insurance again and i was greeted with ahappy voice and helped me to the right person, but the best was they answered the phone very quickly and put me through straight away. i was so happy with the service i am going back for more insurance soon.”

“Great experience - I had an idea of the Income Protection cover I needed and Harry matched it perfectly for me at a price which is very affordable. He phoned me back when he said he would and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again”

“I've just purchased a income protection policy, Leah was fantastic from start to finish very helpful and friendly throughout, I was given a few different options which she went through everything with me. I think the process from start to finish took 15/20 mins. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of insurance. Thanks again Leah”

“Advisor called me at the time we arranged. Did find it slightly annoying that I was called every day from the date of enquiring online. An email asking me to get in touch would be enough. Advisor was knowledgeable, the application process was quick, policy documents sent via email as soon as the call had finished.”
