“Hi There, After finding your website and filling in details which were requested to enable me to purchase life assurance, was very impressed when your office telephoned me shortly after I pressed the submit button. I would like the gentleman, Mr Harry L Carter to accept my sincere thanks for his valuable time spent in organising my request for insurance . There was no sales pressure and much time was spent in getting everything right. The result now being, I now have just one day later, the product to suit my purposes. “I found looking for unemployment, accident and sickness insurance a daunting experience as I did not want to invest in the wrong policy or pay too much. I was called By a number of companies after looking at a couple of on line comparison sites. I have to say best insurance gave me the most professional and thorough response without being overly 'pushy'. I read a few reviews which were also gleaming so after making contact again to discuss the proposal I was pleasantly surprised that the second person I spoke to in the absence of the original representative was just as helpful and efficient. I decided to proceed knowing I had a 'cooling off' period if the service deteriorated after taking out the policy but thereafter everything has been seamless. Responses to queries have been immediate and helpful, paperwork received in expected timeframe and follow up emails reassuring me I had all the contact information I need for the future. I whole heartedly recommend best insurance for a professional and efficient service. Zoe Edmonds”

“The company did not pressure sell we agreed dates and times to talk and even when I was busy there was no pressure applied. I asked many questions until I got the full understanding of the policy I was interested in. But over time I achieve what I was after ,thanks to customer service.”
