“I have now had cover arranged through best insurance for 3 years. I have never had to make a claim (thankfully) but am generally cautious in my approach, carefully reading small print. I can honestly say Best Insurance have become trusted advisors with straight answers to straight questions sensible guidance and a clear understanding of market pricing and what represents best value for money in my circumstances. I have recommended this company to family and friends without hesitation.”

“I spoke to Harry Shen about a complicated situation. He was direct, which I appreciate, and immediately got me to the solution I needed. And he spoke like a human being and not like someone reading from a script, nor did he use loads of overly familiar, unprofessional terms, which I find so many people on these sales calls use. I've already recommended him to other people in similar complicated situations as mine. Very happy with the service.”
