“I thought the £4.95 charge for the delivery of a very small item was excessive it could have been delivered first class post at a fraction of the cost.”

“Very happy with BES, particularly because of the delivery guy. One item was (in its packaging) too long to go into the lift. The bloke carried it up 7 flights of stairs without mentioning it - I only realised after he left that it could not have traveled in the lift. So big thanks to BES people and special thanks to my BES delivery guy.”

“Crack on... I ordered 20no. 15mm flat faced service valves along with other gear, delivered exactly as requested i.e. "leave in passageway between garage and house if no one in", they did that! Keep it up BES - that was my 1st order, won't hesitate to buy again.”
