“BES are hard to beat. If you're up against it, you can order till late and still get deliveries the following morning - to site if necessary. Their prices are excellent, as is their product range - which includes both branded and non-branded products. We'll always try BES first for urgent and non-urgent plumbing supplies, and the very few problems we've had over many years have been sorted within minutes of making contact. I recommend BES to colleagues and clients all the time.”

“Royal Mail let us down, I was going to have to cancel a job because I was waiting for the fitting from BES. I called them 2 days before the job date, they dispatched a replacement immediately via DPD at no extra charge, it arrived within 24 hrs and the job could go ahead. Why would I go anywhere else with such great service?”

“BES are a remarkable company and I’m so glad we found them We called them on Friday evening expecting to have to leave a voice message - at 6.45 they answered and politely took our order and explained it would be despatched that evening! It arrived at midday on Saturday When the package was opened on Monday one item was damaged but the packaging proved it had been damaged at the manufacturer not at BES I called and was immediately offered a replacement or a credit note and the replacement arrived midday on Tuesday Awesome service”

“Bought a 1" suction hose. About half the price of the competition. Charged about £4 for delivery (again, about half the price of the competition). Placed order by phone on a Sunday (impressive that they were operating on a Sunday). The hose arrived before 10 am on Monday! Not even Amazon can do this. All fitted and working by 1045. Absolutely faultless. Delighted.”

“I recently placed a small order for a small coil of 20mm water pipe. My order was processed and delivered to my door in 14 hours. I received a total of 6 customer service order delivery and status emails, 4 from B.E.S and two from the companies preferred Courier DX. A 7th final email was a detailed invoice. Super impressed and highly recommended.”

“I’ve been buying goods from BES for nearly 30 years. I’m now in the process of winding down my business in readiness to retiring. I can honestly say that BES has been one of the best suppliers I’ve ever felt with. They often have the parts that are hard to find locally, and the prices of the goods are always competitive ( and often we’ll below local prices) . For example I went to a local very well known supplier for some 28mm end feed fittings. The supplier was no where near on price. I could buy from BES cheaper than the supplier could buy the fittings in at. ( I might have missed an opportunity there) In ending this post Yes I would recommend BES 100 present There prices are very good and delivery excellent, and customer service next to none. Why aren’t all businesses as good as BES?”
