“I ordered I standard 50litre round water tank lid in the mid afternoon, it was delivered via overnight service and I had it in my hand before I left for work at 8am the following morning, and it was free delivery. Only used them once, but wouldn’t hesitate to again.”

“I purchased something that was not quite what I needed and then made the call to BES to explain and create a return I was told that there's no need to send the 2 fittings back and received a refund in around 10 minutes! Absolutely seamless and without question. If only all suppliers were as smooth as BES! I will definately use them again.”

“Ordered parts but unfortunaltey we made an error and could not use. Called BES and spoke to an extremely friendly lady who sent us a pre printed lable for the return free of charge. No quibble at all. Brilliant compamy to do buisness.”
