“First time using this company and pleasantly surprised how efficient they are. Ordered in the evening delivered the following day. The best customer service, had an issue with my problem which was not their fault at all and resolved the matter in minutes and proceeded with a replacement Excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“On Friday I ordered some ducting for my kitchen re fit. Unfortunately the outside cowl vent had the damper flap missing. After a quick phonecall, with sincere apologies given, all was sorted and another vent rolled up on Saturday. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. You'll certainly be recommended by me. Many thanks.”

“We often use bes and have never, touch wood, had any issues. Delivery is quick and ordering is simple. Today, I placed an order and forgot a couple of items, I phoned bes and spoke to a lovely, supportive lady called Tracy, who has very kindly added the items to my order.
